After I called Urgent Rooter on Saturday they showed up very quickly, Sammy was very polite, respectful, and professional, kindly answering my concerns and walked me throughout the process for unclogging and cleaning the sewer pipes, they did everything in the same evening we had everything draining again and came back next morning for patching the walls, excellent work politeness every step of the way, thank you Sammy you well deserve the 5 stars and an A+ for everything you did, also I want to thank George A+, Rodrigo A+ and Daniel superintendent A+, I highly recommend them.

I may have posted only 1 or 2 reviews for various services over the years, but my wife and I felt this one was well deserving of mention. a big thumbs up for Rodrigo and the Urgent Rooter service for turning a nightmare sewer drain situation into a successful, minimally invasive project to give us peace of mind for years to come. His calm, friendly and professional attitude helped us to make good, long term decisions for our property and saved us unnecessary expenses to avoid disastrous consequences down the road. In a time when many services will charge a fee for just showing up or giving a quote, or using special equipment, Urgent Rooter did all of that free of charge and showed me the problem areas inside our plumbing, using live video and gave us a comprehensive plan with options so we could deal with the critical issues first and save the less pressing ones for a later date. These guys had to work in a very tight space in order to avoid destroying both landscaping and hardscape in the front of our home and took great care to keep it all intact and put it back the way it looked before they arrived. We are very happy with their work and will recommend them to others.

I always have root covered my main pipes, so I always had my plumber /neighbor who always gave me a neighbor rate of $100.00 for 20 minute job to unclog my main pipe. This time there were not available, so I search on my computer for a plumber and called 3 plumbing companies, they all wanted a minimum of $120.00 one of them said it's over time cuz, they close at 4.00PM it was 3.45PM when I called so it would be $180.00 and they'll come around 8.PM. I search again and found URGENT ROOTER $40.00 to unclog a main pipe. I agreed to it right away, they texted me Gary's picture and confirmation of my appointment which was between 5 to 6 PM. Gary came at around 5.30 PM, he did an excellent job, and it only cost me $40.00 Thanks URGENT ROOTER, thanks Gary Sally Chateau
